This manufacturing factory in Korea specializes in producing various mounts and cradles for smartphones, tablets, and monitors. Particularly, this specific product was developed in response to the requests of numerous users, especially campers, who wanted to mount a monitor in their vehicles.
The Lift-off Type Headrest Mount for TV or Monitor is a short-length device. The Y-shaped frames and joint bars that secure the mount to the vehicle's headrest posts are made of aluminum alloy. The joint parts consist of a short, interconnected, joint-shaped mount. The 55mm long gear-interlocking joint connection, with a straight 95mm length and a zigzag design, provides sturdy support without sagging, and allows for easy angle adjustment up and down. Depending on the vehicle's structure, the 95mm joints and 55mm zigzag joints can be combined as appropriate.
The VESA plate attached to the back of the monitor is also made of iron alloy, resulting in a robust, non-sagging structure for the entire product. The disassembled parts, including the frame, are shown in the provided photographs.
The frame and VESA plate have specific functions and dimensions. The Y-frame secures the mount to the vehicle's headrest, while the square VESA plates attach directly to the monitor. Importantly, the grooved square plate allows for convenient, top-to-bottom attachment and detachment of the monitor.
To install the mount, simply assemble and fix it to the headrest according to the provided instructions, indicated by the arrows. This TV/Monitor Headrest Mount enables quick and easy attachment of the monitor to any headrest, without the need for permanent installation. It is perfect for use in campers and motorhomes, and can be moved to another seat or vehicle as desired.
The mount accommodates most TVs ranging from 12 to 25 inches, depending on the weight. The lift-off mounting plate securely holds the monitor but allows it to be removed for storage or use in another location. The arm can rotate up to 180 degrees side-to-side, the mounting plate can rotate up to 180 degrees top-to-bottom, and it can also rotate 360 degrees to level the TV as needed.
